endometrial thickness 6 mm.and is normal impression no free fluid seen large solid space occupying lesion seen occupying right Adnexia and umbilical(ovarian malignancy). wt is ur advice and her age 57 .diapatic patient now sugar normal &her wait65kg.no symptoms.please help me wt is this result says wether it is cancer.ultra sound scan suggested to c.t.scan .
